Welcome to Applause of Bel Air.

Applause is the premier baton twirling team in the Bel Air and Harford County area. We are lucky to have twirlers or all ages from all around the Baltimore, Maryland region, and from as far away as Pennsylvania and Delaware. Applause has produced more State, Regional, and National champions than any other area group. In addition to our competition and National program, we offer recreation classes for children who want to participate in a fun activity without the pressure to compete. Our affiliation with Bel Air Parks and Rec and the dedication of our volunteers allows us to offer the finest baton instruction at a fraction of the cost of other area groups. Our twirlers, teams, and coaches are some of the most accomplished in the area.

  -Classes are every Sunday at The McPhaul center 11-12 . Also private lessons are available for an additional cost from 12-1z  . Classes will be following COVID guidelines and participants will be asked to wear a mask while in the building. There will no parents in the building, but someone will be at the front  to escort your child to and from class.

 -cost for the season that runs through the end of May is $110.00

 -Private lessons are available either for individual competition and/or to further skill level

 Baton cost: $20 to be sized at practice

Practice attire: twirlers are required to wear T shirt/tank top (not baggy), shorts or leggings and flexible tennis shoes or jazz dance shoes. Hair in a ponytail and bangs pulled back out of face.
